Still there with ya Shawn. Dealer, Chad nor FCS can provide me any update, have no idea what status even is. Closer & closer to just walking away.....

Hang in there! I thought my day would never come. Once you get it though the wait is well worth it!! I'm hoping you get your truck soon as well as the others who have been waiting for so long.

Same here mine was "released to be shipped" on 12/3 and that is the last update. Still hasn't shipped and once it does would be at least 3 weeks to get here. Ford Service also warned me of holiday shipping delays.

Even worse, I thought it would take awhile to sell my current truck, a 2004 Ram Cummins 2500, turns out lots of people love that engine and it sold within hours of putting the sign on it. Guy is working with me. Left a deposit and told him he could have it on 12/18, but that won't be long enough for my order to get here, so walking away is looking more likely for me.

I think if I was in your shoes I'd seriously consider walking and starting over just for the principle of the thing. Yet if you do you're guaranteeing yourself another 8 weeks wait time minimum. A potential positive might be additional money saved, but that's a gamble as well. For me it's the principle of the thing that I keep going back to. I think it's ****ty CS to leave customers in the dark without any word at all. At least they could say some generic BS and alleviate a lot of concerns. But not saying anything?!?!

Well, as my mother says..."this too shall pass". One way or the other.

Yeah if I want to stick to with an F150 there is one in another market that I can get that is equivalent to my order. I will be down there next weekend and may just grab that one.

Just wanted to check in as I discovered this forum when I was lusting after the '15's when they first came out and now that I got my truck I check in daily to the forums to see what's up. Thanks to regular posters who provide great info. In case you're curious, I got my truck on November 28 (Saturday after Thanksgiving). I was lucky that the local dealer had exactly what I was looking for...2016 black Platinum, Screw, 3.5EB, 4x4 off-road, 701a, HD trailer package, moon roof, ext fuel tank, active park assist. It had 5 miles on it when i test drove it. Dealer said it hit their lot the day before Thanksgiving. Actually I wanted to get the Limited, but couldn't wait any longer and couldn't justify the premium for essentially cool trim pieces. 9 days old now, 700 miles, filled up once. LOVE the truck. Sadly already got a stone chip on the windshield but got it fixed today...traumatic to get tagged by a rock when you still have that new truck smell. Anyway, no major issues so far. Seats heat and cool properly, moon roof doesn't leak. A bit of wind noise from the driver's side but not unusually bad. Gas mileage is crappy, but what do you expect...got close to 18 after making two 200 mile trips on highway, but I drive kind of fast. Only "complaint" if you call it that is the rear doors require a fair amount of force to close...definitely more than it should be, but not worthy sweating it. Did I say I love the truck? I have a huge smile every time I get in it and look for excuses to drive it.

Definitely thinking of just reordering depending on the incentives that come along during the holiday season.

Pretty similar to the truck I'm waiting on. Congrats! Glad you've got and are enjoying your truck!!
