Default Which way does the fluid flow?

I got a 95 with a 5.0, 2wd E4OD. I would like to know if ANY one knows which direction the trans fluid flows. I have the standard trans cooler in the rad. tank alos have a "HD" cooler in front of the Rad. Im asking b/c i want to put a trans temp gauge in and to get the most accurate reading i need to put the temp. sensor on the out going trans line b4 the coolers. Ive done some looking and cant come up with much. Also i want to put a Aluminum Deep trans pan from B&M on and change the trans fluid and filter. the truck has 116K and idk when the last time it was changed but ive been told changing your trans fluid "can" be a bad thing. ive heard the on a few occasions from different people. Jus wanted another opinion on that. Thanks for the help
James

I put my trans temp sensor in the aluminum trans pan. Have a shop drill the hole and tig weld a bung. Put the sensor there.

What kind of cooler did you get for your truck? I'd like to put one on mine.

Goes to the coil from the passenger side. Returns on the drivers side.
