Angry PLEASE HELP!!! idle

changed tps (twice), iac (twice), fpr, intake gasket (twice), checked for vac leaks (with carb cleaner), cleaned throttle body (new gasket again), o2 sensors, dist cap, button, ignition coil, wires, plugs, maf cleaned, seafoam (oil, gas, intake). still idles high when pulled outta gear, surges occasionally, settles down as i come to a stop then runs like a sewing machine, coudlnt be better. also at speed in gear has the cruise control effect. PLEASE HELP. Losing my patience.

oh yeah, just tryin to see if there was someone special out there. 96 5.0. 5 speed. not showin any codes. i.e. no check engine and none on a diag. also just put on all new vac hoses.

Ok, check to see if your throttle cable is binding. (Even that should result in codes) Ever disconnect the IAC at warm idle and see if the idle crashes? (as it should) The IAC itself will not present a code, because it is a solenoid valve, not a sensor.

pull neg off everytime im under the hood. checked the throttle cable and lubed it. doesnt appear to bind. throttle resets back to the screw. gonna go test it again tomm for codes. would a comp read diff codes than swithc the ignition and counting?
