Negative. Anytime the motor is reved it holds the high rpm. For instance. I pull it outta gear doin 50 and the motor revs as though my foot is still on the acc. Every now and then it hiccups 2or3 times. Is there a sure fire way to check for vac leaks? Or any sensors that i could change?

Back to the IAC. Does the idle drop out when you disconnect the IAC. (as it should)
