If I find an obdII computer do I needa swap the whole wiring harness 2an obdII wiring harness

 

Well made the decision to finally do the 300 swap and I'm goin to tear down my 5sp thats currently sitting behind my 300 and make it from a 2wd to a 4x4 trans so it'll work in my truck... wen I'm done I will finally have the combo ive always wanted but couldn't ever find

I plan on that eventually. All I need is a transfer case and front axle.
