If my truck had MAF, I would easily have a 350hp 302 under the hood....and that would probably be on the low side of things...24lb injectors, a good torquey camshaft such as comp cams XE258-HR14/35-512-8 or a custom cam and a set of aluminum heads (AFR165, TW170 or ST 5.0R) or ported GT40s.

I'm making a case to keep the 5.0, but for some, there's not replacement for displacement. Just trying to put some suggestions out there if your 302 is getting tired.
How mich would thos injectors be?

To be honest, I'd probably buy them used. I was looking on Craigslist about a month ago and found some for $75. If you go to a Mustang forum, you can probably find them for cheap. Maybe even cheaper than that.

You can't use an OBDI computer with your OBDII wiring. Use your 5.0 computer or get an OBDII 5.8 computer.

The 94 to 96 Truck 5.0 has the same firing order as the 5.8.

Yes the 5.0 computer will work with the 5.8,but to get the most out of the 5.8 you need a 5.8 computer. I've done this swap twice ,on an '89 and my current '93,and both times the 5.8 computer made a world of difference. Also, you'll need to use the flywheel/flexplate from a 5.8.
