Test the circuit. Vacuum leaks are common anywhere other is a vacuum line. That's why I said use a vacuum gauge.

Ok I have another question ... should the test valve on my fuel rail always keep pressure? I notice after the truck sits for a few min there is nothing when I push the stem in? And my plugs are wet and smell like gas

It will slowly leak down when turned off. It should keep constant pressure while running.

I put a vac gauge on it idled at around 25 and when I accelerate the engine it drops to about 3 then goes back to around 25... I took the upper off and pulled injectors and checked for leaking ones and I found nothing... what now? Truck runs great with the egr disabled it's got me stumped

Well it's like a black tube that's rounded on on both ends and has 2 tubes coming off of it one goes in the bottom from the outlet of the air pump the other runs to the diverter valve behind the upper intake mani
