Default egr hell!!!!!

Hey guys I have a 94 150 5.0 can anyone tell me y the thing rubs better with the egr valve unhooked... i have replace every egr part that I can think of and fixed vac leaks.... what's wrong with the junk haha thanks for any help

Did you replace the tube that runs from the manifold to the EGR valve?

Have you pulled codes?

Only code I'm getting is 212.. and no I haven't it seems to be solid yet

The truck actually ran better with the egr valve with a torn diaphragm.... it stumbles badly up to about 2000 rpm with working

Did you replace the vacuum regulator. My truck did the same thing you are talking about and that was my problem

Done some checking today and it seems to be the combined air bypass and diverter causing the issues.... but I'm not for sure exactly what part... when I pull the yellow vac supply line off and plug it it seems to cure the miss

Well that didn't help.... thing still runs like junk when the egr opens... how much should the plunger move with light acceleration? Mine seems to move open a lot.. is that normal?
