Code 512....
If it's O it means it's current (happening now)
If it's C that is something that has been happening but may not be happening now (including KOER's). These items can cause the ECU from using any further input for that sensor, effectively locking that sensor out. It substitutes a generic mid range reading for what that senor's input instead.
If it's listed under both, it's currently happening & has been happening for some time, but the sensor is not yet locked out.
We can make some progress if you cough up the info.
I want you to clear the kept adaptive memory, but the codes listed under there proper heading would be time & trouble saving.

If your first couple of codes (112 &117) were listed as C's, or C & O, you would replace your ECT & ACT sensors. However if it's listed as O only, because the engine wasn't able to be pre-warmed, you would ignore them.
Both are cheap dates to replace & very important in regard to fuel trim (MPG). In fact, if the ECT is pooched, your truck wont even enter ECU closed loop function. (It will not cause a no start condition though) I replaced mine as soon as I got my previously owned truck, even though I showed no codes for them. They are thermal resistors & become lazy & less accurate w/ age/use.
Here is a link w/ detailed info regarding most all of the sensors (some sensors go by a couple different names/ can be confusing): http://www.fordfuelinjection.com/

How about disconnecting your battery for a "minimum" of 5 minutes & see how it likes that? Noting to loose at this point, your codes are noted in your thread. Clearing can be done w/ the code reader, but I'd do the battery method to reboot completely clean.
Then do the KOEO again.
See if it make any difference in the codes.
Where are you? It's getting dark here in Calimexifornia.
Trying to tie this all in w/ what you most recently did w/ your truck, but can't think of a correlation. Are you forgetting anything?
A check for spark &/or fuel pressure would help.
