I do 200-230° for a time frame of 10-15 minutes then attempt to seal/disassemble.
ALWAYS remember that LOWER temps for longer times are better than higher temps for shorter times.
Let them warm up, I'd do 220° for 12-13 minutes then use a tow strap or clamps to compress them - I use clamps and my hands to reseal.
