Anyone have any thought on the Mickey Thompson stz tires?? I'm looking at tires and ran across these. Have read good reviews. Just wondering if anyone here has them and thoughts on them thanks.

I'll be getting 265/75/16. Tire brand not a sure thing yet. Trying to stay under 150 a tire.

Any recommendations also welcome.

Yeah I'm running their guard dogs with kedge grip with crushed glass and walnut. That leaves siping in the tire. They are a very solid tire they are wearing very nicely I've had them for about 15k and they are probably 75% they would get your 2wd through a lot more terrain they grab no matter what I've put them in. I'm running 285/75/16 and they were 130 a tire but the the kedge grip is 10 bucks a tire. I personally wouldn't do kedge I don't think the tires need it and I think without stuff in the tread the rubber would be a lot more solid and last even longer. They do a bead to bead remold and tere are 1ton diesels running these tires so I don't worry about my tread flying off. The wardens are their all terrains and I think would suit your truck perfectly. The guard dogs are the mud terrain and there roll resistance is not the greatest.
