Same with me, I did the trimming necessary, but I didn't use any kit to hold it in. Mine has a small gap on the left and right sides and I've just come to accept it... but it stays in there just fine. I gotta give it a good tug to get it out without taking the whole surround with the vents off.

 

Any one have a pic of their double din installed??? Just wondering what it's goin look like lol thanks for all the help everyone.

Well just a bit if update. Got new head unit in and love it. Wish I would have done it sooner. Lots more trimming than I thought would be but well worth it and over all not to bad. Here is pic of new radio.




Also redid the grille and the hood and bumpers front and rear morrow goin redo a few interior pieces also. Would have taken Pics but raining now. Morrow hopefully get some new ones.

 

Well haven't posted anything new here for awhile. I been kind of busy and side tracked. Have a done few lil things. Nothing real noticeable. Some may and may not like it. All that matters is I like it. Lol. I tinted the corners lenes and put a 2 inch coil spacer on. Until I save up for the spindle lift. Wanted the look now and I hate waiting. Seemed like a quick cheap solution. Got the spacer for free lol. Here's a pic.





I'm done for a bit. Got a few more important things to take care of an plan. So any spare change I have has been redirected to plans for wedding.

 

Not my cup of tea what so ever. It qualifies as 'unique' though. If you like it, that's all that matters.

 

Ya know tackle. I've seen a many of ur posts and answers to people good bad or whatever. I must say though u know ur sh** when comes to these trucks. And whenever I have questions ya have put your comments to help and has helped me out many a time my questions or others. Don't know ya but as a screen name but gotta say I respect your point of views and the help u have giving. So in that I say Thank you for insight and comments and constructive criticism.

Each to their own. I give you props for spending the time on it and making it yours.
