Bump. Anyone that can help. It would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to figure it out I'm getting 1.5 inch coil spacers and I don't think it will level truck like I want. I don't have extra to get spindles all I can afford at this time for a while is the coil spacers. Unless anyone would like to donate to the mod fund for my truck LOL. So im hoping someone can anyone answer my questions of how many leafs in a spring pack or the stock height of the rear of a long bed reg cab 2wd. Thank y'all in advanced.

Well not so much as mod but today I just cleaned the IAC and throttle body. Truck had rough idle. So looked it up and see if this works. The IAC is drying now lol. It was filthy. For those who haven't done it. It is super easy to do on the 4.2. It's right on too. Only one harness to disconnect and two bolts to come out and it's off. Hope it smooths out te idle now.

 

I know on my 4.6 4x4 I have 3 leafs in the rear

 

Well got my end links done today. Easy as pie to do. Now this weekend take care of the plenum gasket and imrc bushings. Is there anything else I should think about replacing while I have the engine tore apart to get to plenum gasket??

 

I would check out any bearings that u can inspect and other small things like that

I wish I knew where mine was so I could look and tell u were some more things are because why not bring as much life back into an old motor as you can

 

Exactly my thinking after I get this done I am getting new plug PCV valve checking vac lines and anything else. I am trying to get me a check list goin research some on here and the web and check everything I can. Want my engine to last for a long time.
