HELP!!!!!!!!! How important is the front sway bar on a 2wd v6. My bushing on the bolts are shot gone. I can lift and wiggle my front sway bar lift it up bout 2-3 inches and slide it side to side. Also how har to replace the bolts with the bushings.

Bolt and bushing cost about $10 per side at autozone and take less time to change then to pay for. Just take the nut off the bottom, pull the bolt out of the top, and put the new one on. It took me a 1/2in socket and a 1/2in wrench and 5 minutes to do both sides

Glad to help, when i changed mine i did need a jack to lift the swaybar into place to tighten the new bushings on. But that was the hardest part

So I just need a couple wrenches a jack and some elbow grease lol. Thanks again.

Just thinking. Just wanna say thanks to everyone here who has gave me pointers and suggestions and help. This is such a great forum and I'm very glad to be part of it. I don't know it all but what I do I try to help where I can. Best forum ever. Thanks to all greatly appreciated everyone's help over the months.

I had to tighten the nut to compress everything so I could fit the bottom washer and nut on. But after that it does go pretty quick. It makes it easier to do both at the same time so you can move the sway bar up.
