Ad Block Plus doesn't work as well as it used to. The latest version isn't nearly as effective.

Sent that off faster than I meant to. Ad Block, as of April 2016, began to allow advertisers to pay them to let ads through. It's part of the ad blockers that have joined the acceptable ads program. The ONLY ad blocker that I am aware of that still blocks ads like Ad Block Plus used to is uBlock. Add it in your Chrome Extensions.

The version I'm using is an install from 2014, so you may be correct on the newer stuff. I didn't update to the newest version when it asked.

No worries!

EDIT: If you do decide to dump Ad Block Plus, fill out their survey at the end. They know how they are pissing people off by going dirty.

Good morning Thinkers!- hope today finds everybody in good spirits!-
Just to follow up- ive tried several ad blockers- they come up as incompatable- it has to be the old 5c phone im using!- if i would have looked more closely, i would have seen that in the info section at the app store- c'est la vie!

I had the same problem with my Apple S4. I got upset and moved to a Samsung S3, then S4 and currently with a S5. I'm quite happy with the Android's and since I have an Android head in my Mustang, and one for Blue, it's about time I put that second one in her. Since I'm driving her right now, I might as well make her more comfortable for me to use. LOL.

Good luck with your phone Bear. GN guys
