What was the Ford Part number on the box?

If you should want that set up of mine, it's yours for $50 plus the postage. New. lol

I may need to take you up on that offer AK! Anything to keep them occupied, ya know? LOL

Mine is a 7L2Z-19G365-AA

I am pretty sure it was pieced together. It has a bunch of Ford harnesses to either bypass the OEM alarm module, or wire it in. The kit was bought for an F150. I think they said 2001.

Remote start with alarm. Nice set up. It fits 2007 and up according to the listings, but if that is the case, it should go back to 2004 at least. I don't see why it wouldn't work farther back with a couple adjustments to the wiring. 8L3Z-19G365-BA is the replacement to your kit. It shows everything that yours has, and doesn't seem to be any different overall. Must be a software/hardware change in the power module. I'm sure you will make it work for your Expy. I have faith in you.

Did you download the installation instructions from Ford? I have mine downloaded, and it is 228 pages in pdf form. Damn that's a lot of reading and such. lol

I am actually going to put this on the truck. I was mostly just looking for keyless entry when I found this. I get keyless, an alarm, and remote start all in one now. I do want to wire it into the factory horn though... make it as close to a factory deal as possible, LOL.

This is the manual I downloaded.... 'tis only 42 pages though?!?!?!?

How much ATF does the 4406 take? I seem to recall 4 quarts, but I'm not 100% certain.

1.9 Litres or 4 pints. ATF of course. You were close. Just a different label. LOL.
