I forgot... I've also got my Dad's old JC Penney charger. It's only 4 amp, and takes its time, but it is a good charger. This one is not mine, but the same thing..... without Campbell written across the front, lol. I'm looking at a 4 wheeler to do some snow pushing, so this will be handy for that battery.
EDIT: Actually..... I think mine is a 6 amp. I'll hafta check when I get home.
That reminds of my dads old one White, except his was a Sears. It was mostly gold in color (where it wasn't rusted over) and had a red face plate. Wonder what ever happened to that thing ?
Yea that's good keeping a tender on the Mustang while in storage. It shortens battery life when you don't. I try to get the best batteries I can find now a days...still , you have to take care of them.
Well, the kids have been staying in the trailer, - Doc won't until we purchase a better mattress for it. Don't blame her, I haven't yet either. Purchased one of those jell filled mattress pads (form fitting), but that still isn't going to get it. Kids don't mind. Hell all I had to do for the kids is run a Lan line and give them Netflix and Hulu, they're happy.
I need to get something to pump out the black and grey tanks as they are filling up. They already have the tanks 1/2 full
Going to try one of these things to pump the tanks, apparently they can't keep them on the shelves, apparently they can't keep them on the shelves, -
The little Yota has a broken part.... some kind of resistor. Can't figure out what it is... Can't figure out why in the world Toyota would put this thing in the inner fender.
I think the same reason Mazda put the alternator in a spot you can't pull it without some major acrobatics or pulling the engine out (slight exaggeration..........maybe.)
My Escape is the same way (also Mazda design). I need to actually pull that and rebuild it..... not looking forward to it. It does have nearly 195,000 miles on it now though. Not bad for never touching it.
Ballast resistor, but I'm not sure what the Yaris uses it for. Old cars used it for ignition step down power. Chrysler used the most of the ones like this. Older Yota's used it on the distributor. Toyota numbers all their parts so it should be simple to figure out what they use that for.
Annoyed I have been on vacation this week and have had zero time to work on my Highboy... after picking up some new rims the other day I have been dying to get this thing driving again
