That's a possibility... He had a Vette he was doing some work on. Can't remember what year it was.
I took this pic of it back in 2010ish, so the camera quality is crap. It only has about 1500 miles on it since I took this pic, lol. This is sitting in front of his old trans shop.
Yes, it's really clean. Last summer I helped him re-do some of the interior. The center console needed a bunch of wiring sorted out. I also rebuilt his charge harness for the alternator.

Yep, I had a 92 LT1 6-speed w/ gray leather sport seats 23k miles and perfect interior, paint had some flaws, but it showed nice.
The Opti-spark took a crap on it, and it sat outside for a week in Oct.
Someone offered me 7k as is, so I watched it leave on a trailer. lol
I only put 400 miles on it in the 2.5 yrs. I owned it, it hurt my back to drive it.
YES, they are a huge PITA to drive. I'm 6'3", and I'm almost too tall for it. Working on them is a real joy too. Cool cars overall, but just a little bit of a pain to own.
BTW, Ron's has a 4L60 in it. I have another friend that has an 88 4+3, which is kind of a trip to drive.
I'm back on the saturday rotation at the dealership working in parts, not just as an 'advisor' but actually running the show. They know that if there is a saturday that i can't do, then i cant do it
I finally sold this 1990, I bought and fixed (didn't run) but ran on starting fluid
Those are 20 inch Camaro wheels (they were on there when I bought it)
6 speed ZF
My uncle has a 93, 40 year edition. It has a 6 speed.... Can't remember the last time I saw that thing. Probably 7 or 8 years ago. He has back issues, so it just sits too.
I was looking up prices on these things (to sell Ron's), and strangely enough, Fox Body's seem to be fetching more money at the moment.
That reminds me a lot of my 86. This is the only car that I really regret selling. This was in approximately 1999, pics with my Olympus D-620L. Only 1.4 mexapixels, can you tell? LOL
