EBay, $200+ 30 S&H. Maybe he'll accept 150+30...
Will need to wait until the check on the 1st.
Rust-Oleum Epoxy a good choice for this? Other?

If you want some amazingly-hard spray paint, try Aluma-hyde from Brownell's. Just avoid the flat black at all costs (it spatters). I've never seen anything out of a can stand up to 80-grit sandpaper like this stuff!
Which brings me back to oil adaptors.
Costly, 129-149 if you click on it "wrong,..."
It handles a PH8, 3/4" x16 thds. I can live with one, at least for now. (But TWO equal the 1-1/16" filter I mentioned.) Wix has one, (51051,) but no backflow valve. Harder to find too maybe. (And, 5.1" tall, not 6" as I had guessed.) 12 psi bypass.
Another question going forward, how important is it to slide over to metric & away from imperial? (Caucasian, for suma y'all ) That'd be a 19, but a common 22 would be better. Then, a different adaptor is required. Oey vey - I do hate the idea of wyeing hoses to have parallel adaptors.

Man, that takes some real ***** to get that close to a tornado. I don't think my cajones are big enough for such things.
It was really fun getting home from Ron's tonight. Standing water all over the freeway.
That FMX is a challenge. It makes you think a lot. I'm glad I bought the book on PDF and had it printed. It was pretty helpful!
