I certainly don't miss shoveling Michigan Snow.

It's hard to believe it's been 9 years since the last time I had to replace the Steering. The Truck has been bouncing around and felt pretty dangerous so I bought some new front Shocks. That was part of it because one of the Bilsteins exploded when I finally got it out. The shock gave that corner of the truck a nice winterizing hydraulic coating. Although it didn't taste very good.

The truck was still being tossed across the road a bit so I jacked it up and sure enough everything is worn and creating an easy clunk when lifted up. The current Moog stuff lasted about 20k miles and 9 years. This time I went with the cheaper Detroit Axle kit off the Jungle website, $75 w/ a 10 year warranty. Feels like yesterday I was cussing at the last pitman arm. :P Every month I say to myself I'm going to sell the truck but it's not really worth anything and having a Truck here pays dividends when I need the bed. Or when my Jeep breaks down.

Yep... that happens. We've had a couple of those turds in the family, and they definitely love the new parts.

Ya think?

In just 48 hours? I don't think I have. Accumulated of a week or so, a couple/few times.
