Thinking
JB, you were my "First Contact" in these forums, and I was awkward, despite co-owning Manny forums, previously. You chose to be a tad unhelpful, or maybe, less than cordial as you helped. I'm a nice guy, but not terribly... "Socialized." I envy many skills some of you have accumulated. And it is not considered so unmanly that you cannot boil and egg well, as you smoke (meat) well, etc. I hobnob with elite sillycom valley guys and tease hells angels. Somewhere between there, we coexist. Until we are booted out, anyway. One guy tried and all but lost his business. Did lose his email addy, his isp, (and his audience.) We all have piece of the puzzle, and I am grateful for the gracious pieces y'all offer up freely.
The FDA or USDA or such has "regular" canning (pressure cookers,) info, but digging, also shows how many hours, up to 2 & 3 days, it takes to cook a chicken, as you drop down to as far as below 150°...F. Red meat. No blood. Fully cooked. Good to know in certain dire straights. Of course, botulism toxin dies, (is rendered detoxified,) at something under 212° F, but the spores live on, to ~240F, so a magic 12psi rig will only kill it at sea level. Commercial canners hit 300. I have a devil of a time cooking old pintos at 2600 ft (when visiting a vet-pal in the Sierra foothills,) without my pressure cooker. Takes hours and hours, if not presoaked.
I was interested find Mark agreed that the old oil pressure switch (!) could be use in tandem, well, more correctly, in parallel with his module. I passed on becoming a Dr. Too limiting. I wouldn't have time to play here. Or there. Anyway... Let the phun corn tin ewe.

Thx, I'm sure. But I tend to dechrome most things, remove labels, and "detox" whatever needs it, from afar. I don't really do, BLING. (I suppose most would be honored?)
I saw Grateful Dead in Germany, and Simon and Garfunkel here. A gal drug me to Boy George, ending 5 year relationship. You guys talk Stiph, et al, and I am lost and disinterested, simultaneously. Folks who watch football, I just don't get. I loved beating on the high school bullies, who liked to try to pester me, during flag football. We could cross body block, run them into the bleachers, just could not actually grab. Coach watching, the could only sneer, as I took both their flags and throw them far and in opposite directions to go fetch. But Dr? Cute. But not quite right-on. Y'all must be a bit bored. Or, is this my hazing? LOL !
