I've never been too much of a dog person until we got her. We had a couple poodles that I loved.... but this one is like she's my kid. She always wants to be in the middle of the family, wants to go everywhere with us.... and she's just a really sweet dog. Next dog will probably be another West Highland Terrier. Her personality kicks azz.

White, I think Kona is pretty sure she is human too. She has a bed back there in the floorboard as a permanent fixture because if I leave the house 9 times out of 10 she is riding with me.

Now I have Mika, Rott/ Shepard mix I got her last November 15th from the Humane society.
50% Rottweiler
44% German Shepard
3% White Swiss Shepard
3% Akita

Then in the spring my Neice called me saying her neighbor needed to rehome her dog.
I was wanting to get Mika a playmate, she was having anxiety when I left her alone.
So, Buddy joined the pack, he is supposed to be Doberman and Shepard.
I have a DNA test kit for him, just need to get er done.
He was 10 months old same as Mika.

↨ When I 1st got him, he was underweight and you could see his ribs.



↨ He has gained some weight but Mika is getting bigger than him.
They were both 50 lbs. when I got Buddy and really close in size.
But Mika is noticeably bigger now.

122,000 miles and still original copper core spark plugs.

Gap was around .065, supposed to be .043.

$80 in parts and I only charged her $80 labor.

And cabin air filter, old one was 122,000 miles nasty. lol


Now I'm looking for a driver side lower seat cushion/ cover with heater.
And when she goes to leave, she remembered the actuator under the dash making noise. lol
So that's in the future also.

 

I feel that it's such a shame they don't have human life spans.
Those young pups are looking like they could be a lot of fun.

 

Mika is super chill; Buddy is a hyper SOB. lol
But they play crazy, sometimes I have to break it up because it starts sounding serious.

He thinks he has to chase bicycles and motorcycles, walkers and joggers.
And if he sees another dog, he loses his chit.
But he is coming along, he was totally untrained for 10 months when I got him.
Jumped the fence, ran the neighborhood tearing up everyone's trash, and barked constantly.
Now this 5-foot fence contains him, and he is learning manners..... slowly. lol
