granada guy was just here with that battery, turns out it was a group 24, which i had on the shelf, actually dead inventory so i was glad to get rid of it

Not a 24F?
I thought Fords of those days had the terminals in the correct way and the industry labeled them with an F suffix to indicate the proper terminal orientation.


Is that Granada on a fox chassis? If so that would be an even better sleeper than a Fairmont.

it was a 24F, and yea the granada was on a fox chassis as most cars were back then,

The Grenade was actually the first vehicle produced on the Fox platform. 1978.

Parents of a high school friend had one brand new.

God that was a gaudy, ugly car. Inside and out.
