Thinking
I will say it is extremely seemless and if it wouldn't be for my flowmaster I wouldn't be able to tell when it kicks in
This is exactly what I was going to say.
Techron concentrate can help a neglected engine, but once clean, use a Top Tier fuel and it's not needed.
Costco fuel is Top-Tier rated: https://www.costco.com/fuel-promise.html
So are Shell and a number of others: https://toptiergas.com/licensed-brands/
"Techron" is one additive proven not to be snake oil.
We don't know the additive's in Shell V power though.
V power has the highest PEA though.
Costco 91 is Ethanol free in Canada and .30 cents cheaper than Shell V power.
It be nice to know what detergents Costco uses in their gas.

the closest sonoco to me is a good 20 minute drive or so, i refuse to get gas there as they are a good 10-20 cents more expensive than everyone else. Thats the only top tier station near me
I fuel up at Costco whenever possible (except the Mustang, because I run E0 91 in that). Top-Tier and usually $.15 - $.20 less than other places.

I used to put Sunoco in my '87 Mustang. They were higher than all the others back then, too. I think they believe they can get it because NASCAR. (Everbuddy needs Sunoco fer their naas car.)

Acceleration is more powerful with Shell v power though.

EDIT: Waitaminute... If you're putting 91 in a stock 10th gen, you're already wasting a sh!tton of money.

I thought my "wet dog" smell had reappeared in the TLX with the warmer weather. The PO had at least one husky or similar "blow-out-shedding" dog. (I found hair up *inside* the dash when I did my deep clean after buying it.) I ran an ozone generator and hit the ducts with Lysol before I left for OH, and after setting at the airport for a week, the stink was back. I pulled the cabin filter today and found that Mickey and fam had (somehow) discovered a way in and filled the cavity above it with nesting materials. I sucked it (and the accompanying turds - blech!) all out with the shop vac, cleaned the reachable surfaces, and unloaded another half-can of disinfectant into the ductwork. Let it set for a few hours, then opened the windows, ran the fan, and installed a new filter. *Should* be good to go, now (sans some sound deadener).

Shell 91, Costco 91.
I use to burn regular for the life of the vehicle...
Plugs looked fouled up after 20 000 KMS...

Do these trucks get the mileage bump from pure gas? I hadn't thought about that since my last car got no bump whatsoever. We only have one place to get ethanol-free here, but as little as I drive, it might be worth going out of my way for the extra mileage.
