Never know! That would be pretty sweet! I need a gear install kit, front bumper support, a header panel, the front bumper install kit (my spats are missing and ALL of the hardware), and I'll probably get the black trim paint from Amazon. It's cheaper on there.

Default Roof Rust

This is what I'm dealing with on the roof.

BUT

I now also see this in the rain channels. Any suggestions on how to deal with it? Rust converter and a thin bead of exterior-rated silicone caulk? The material in the bottom of the channel appears to be seam sealer, as I can indent it with my thumbnail.

I would use POR15 only for the rust converter (see the Project Farm vid on rust converters and you'll see why) then some seam sealer in the channels. For the other spot, I'd prime and paint it.

I haven't looked at mine in a spell. I know it's not pretty.

I've been really happy with this kit. I've bought two kits now and they work well.

Thanks White. I'll check it out. I have a lot of little rusty cracks to deal with as well. Thinking I'll need to wire wheel, sand, and treat those, too. That's why I'm thinking of wrapping instead of (or after) painting.

Stupid HF buffer already took a dump on me. Second use. I don't know why I'm surprised. It smells awful. Crappy thing is, I bought it 7 months ago. So I can't exchange it. Might go get a new one, then take this one back. 🤔 It's BS it's dead already. 💀

My pressure washer is dead... I took it apart and there is so much corrosion, it's not worth the effort. Guess I'm buying a new pressure washer. Might go gas this time. I stripped the washer off it and kept the cart. Thinking I can modify it to cart around my plasma cutter.

Yep. That frame should be useful. Suggestion: Look for a PW with a rebuild-able pump. Mine is by an Italian company (think it starts with a "V.")

EDIT: Nope - https://arnorthamerica.com/ That said the AR pump on my PW isn't of the commercial grade. I recently replaced valves and seals, but if it goes TU again, I may look for a heavier-duty replacement pump.

Good idea. Damn near went and got a Predator today because I have a 25% off coupon. I have to do more research though.

Remember the "Gadgetman Groove" guy on here with the throttle body? UTG did a pretty funny video on the guy that started it all today.
