In a perfect world, I always felt every engine bay should be white... no matter the body.

PS: I'm not a fan of bright red either as a primary color but you play the hand you are dealt at the time. I thought of repainting him another color, but with the interior base, the bed and underhood all being red, I don't think I'll do it. It would look tacky as hell if you open the hood. Other than the body panels, the whole drivetrain has been swapped out with new or reman'd pieces other than the rear differential. That came from an 02 with the heavy axle tubes and disc brakes.

That said, My Mustang is black, and the Edge and motorhome are white.

Are you going to hire a clown ?

I'd probably have nightmares.

The USAF Thunderbirds just arrived for the USAFA graduation later this week. This is always a fun few days. They usually fly directly over my house!

Pilot announced that they just landed at COS. Left-side passengers supposedly got a look at the landing. I wouldn't know, because I'm starboard, the windows are small, and the passenger on the other side of the plane has a big head.

Rolling for takeoff. Later!

My goodness... I twisted my ankle last Thursday, and it's a hurtin' unit today. Didn't hurt but for a few minutes after I did it, and then now. Kinda feels like a storm prediction.

Brew, I was the only clown here tonight.

My ankle is really bothering me. 😫 Don't know why it took 3 days to start hurting though.

So, I briefly went out and looked at the Marinetex job I did on the hood scoop. That shiznit is solid! I think I'll be good to go on it.

Any recommendations for paint stripper I can use on plastic?

I was trying to paint my tonneau cover today and my damn compressor finally took the proverbial dump. I had a small Porter Cable unit, and at least got the first good flash coat on.

I started looking for a new one, and I'll be damned if my son didn't go out to Lowes and bring me a new 26 gal stand-up unit. My old unit was a 20 gal horizontal tank unit. He told me to consider it my early Father's Day present. I kind of like that boy. LOL
