I miss that car so much. At the time I owned two Mustangs (the 89), and I was tired of driving them in the snow. So I sold it to a friend that vowed to never get rid of it, unless it was selling it back to me. Well... that didn't happen.

It was an AOD with a 3.27 rear when I bought it. The only thing I did was put mufflers on it, and did a T5 swap to it. I raced my Buddy right after he ran a 15.4 at the race track (15.4 in Utah is 14.4 at sea level), and I beat the **** out of him. We figure that thing bone stock was a high 14 here in UT, which is damned impressive for it having the old E6 turbo swirl heads. Those things ran out of air at 4500 rpm.

I miss my '87 LX. It ran 14.3 bone stock down to the air intake snorkel when I first got it. A few little things (timing bump, snorkle-ectomy, off-road exhaust and a cat-back by Dynomax, and it still ran the same 9 years later.

And white: I always thought the GT's looked "heavy" with those ground effects. The best combo for me (besides a coupe) is an LX hatch with a GT wing. If you had a GT, though, you had to get rid of the turbine wheels and cheese graters.

I went to school with this ding dong. He was screwed up when I met him in 1986, and things have just gotten worse. Always in trouble!

MAN! Single digits all day, and -15° now. Forecast says a low of -10°, but we've already sunk past that. Wonder how low it will go?

We got only 6-8" of snow which I finished plowing about an hour ago at -10°. Everything stayed warm except my toes. As the years add up, they seem to get cold much more easily than in the past. Think I'm going to look into some heated socks.

You got plenty of firewood, right?

The 5 spoke stars on that red GT in White's post are the best looking Fox wheels IMO next to the 93 Cobra 17" wheels.

We'll, I have my answer...

But it's on the rise! Up a whole degree so far!

I do, but there's a problem with that... The wife decided to fire up the wood stove around noon yesterday. While the upstairs stayed nice and comfortable, the downstairs family room, master bedroom, etc. We're about 54° by the time it was time to go to bed.

I warmed the garage to about 44° last night, but it was 29° in there when I checked it this morning. Whoops.

For OEM, I agree that the pony wheels fit the Fox the best.
