Ohio... this is the Omada Controller. It can manage up to 99 access points off of this single box.

These are my current AP's. I have one upstairs, and one downstairs. I may upgrade these to 5ghz units, but the 2.4 is really good for what I am doing now. They are POE, but also come with an adapter if you don't have a POE switch.

EDIT: For the record... this is my POE switch. I got it for 35 on Ebay because it came without a power switch. Between home and work, I've got so damn many different adapters, etc. I found one that worked, and voila!

Thanks for the info, White. If I was doing an install where I could run cable, that would be great. Unfortunately, I have no unfinished basement or attic and no good way to get cable where I'd need it otherwise, so a wireless mesh systems seems like the next best thing over a single router. I figure it's worth a try, and the reviews are mainly positive. The ones that are knocking it are mostly either 2-3 years old, or are by obviously non-technical people. I'll have some more time to research before I receive and install it, so if I find out it's not viable and/or there's a better solution, I won't be out anything other than the time to return it.

I didn't have a lot of things to do today (actually I have a lot, but), so I sat down and took a couple of tach clusters apart and made 2 good ones out of them. I put in new gears, check the motors, installed the RGB LEDs, so I can change the dash light colors (my version of Ford MyColor) lol.

It took me a bit to remember how to reset the miles to the current application, but after messing up the extra odometer, I remembered. Now my mileage is what Red has on him, plus 10 miles. I'll put him in tomorrow afternoon and it should be miles spot on.

I did this because Red's tach likes to stick at 2500 and had to be tapped on the screen to bring it down to correct. It does do it all the time, just most of it. LOL

Nice, AK! Just out of curiosity, how do those RGB LED's work?

Ohio. They are Red. Green. Blue LEDs and they are controlled by a single remote control.
Actually when you order them, you get 2 bulbs and a remote in each pack. They will all run off one controller. They are long but my cluster takes them okay.

I put a set of these in my doors for the courtesy lights, and they work great. I posted a picture in this thread about them with a short video. I'll try and find that link.

Thanks, AK. I must have missed the original post. (The forum link takes me to White's Omada controller (Post #16801). Oh, well.).
I have RGB strips above the kitchen cabinets, but I never knew that individual 12V bulbs could be controlled that way, and for so little money.
