limited slip diff

Default limited slip diff

i have a ls diff is there anything i can unhook to make it open diff

I believe it works off a clutch system, so I don't think you can just disconnect a line or something. Why wouldn't you want it?

cause i get tired of gettin sideways wen i spin hahahaha but wat is the conector ontop of the diff for

Getting sideways is poor driving/lack of traction. Limited slip is there for better traction, an open diff will only be worse. The ABS sensor is on the top of the housing if that's what you're looking at, unhooking it won't end well.

that is true but i live in the mtns an wen it gets wet its hard comin up the hils sideways

If you open your diff you will see a z shaped bracket if you take that out you will have a open diff

just for ur info smart one i can pretty good it just this is a really steep hill and my tires suk on wet roads
