Default Engine vibration

Hello, I have not posted in a couple of years. Im sure this has been covered.
In any event i really need help.
98 F150 4.2 99,500 miles . Still vibrating after doing the following. Replaced bad harmonic balancer ,crank sensor,Transmission mount. Also replaced torque convertor when tranny was out for rear seal replacement.
Plugs and wires replaced, coil is ok.Alternator had a noise. it was unplugged and vibration somewhat subsided but returned after reconnecting it so we replaced it. No codes indicted by scanner.

Thanks in advance.

What kind of vibration you are talking about?

I have an 02 F150 4.2 with 132K miles that I haven't resolved a vibration issue myself. I've got a persistent vibration at highway speeds from 60-70 mph that is mainly felt in the seats and floorboard but also in my steering wheel as well. There is some very slight vibration at lower speeds from 30-60.

What I've replaced in attempt to get rid of the vibration:

Replaced all 4 shocks
Numerous balance and tire rotations
Did a tune up with new spark plugs and wires
Road force balance wheels and tires (reduced vibration a little but still there)
New U-Joints on the driveshaft
New front sway bar end links
New upper and lower ball joints with new bushings on the control arms
4 wheel alignment
Driveshaft checked for any runout or damage (Checked out OK)
New transmission mount

The vibration is at idle and when driving. I feel it in the seat and steering wheel. I work at a small repair shop and the owner has been a mechanic for 30 years and cannot figure it out. I also talked to a Ford tech and he could not help.

with 100k? C'mon ...You reply to things with 1 sentence responses like you know what you're talking about. But in reality we all know you don't. Your a hindrance 90% of the time we're trying to help someone because we have to come behind you and explain to the OP that whatever you spewed is most likely false. Please do us a favor and stop trying to throw people off. I realize no one is correct 100% of the time, none of us are. But you're diagnosis accuracy is 10% at best. I've never in my short 3 years of being here run into anyone as consistently frustrating as you.

New motor mounts are my next thing to replace to see if that gets rids of the vibration. The transmission mount changed how the truck felt because I get a pulsing vibration when driving it. I think its the vibrations from the transmission being felt more due to the new mount. Does it need some driving time for the rubber to settle and effectively do its job?

Since I lasted posted I have changed DPFE rechecked compression. Vibration still there. Could it be a balance shaft issue?

It could be. My vibrations were coming from the motor mounts. I replaced them with Westar brand motor mounts and they got rid of the vibration I was feeling. I'm thinking of changing the transmission mount to the same brand as my new motor mounts to see if that gets rid of the pulsing vibration I feel now.
