The OP said he replaced the converter. I asked about the flywheel and he said it was ok. Did you notice that in w01ves first list that the converter was listed as a problem? That goes back to me asking about the flywheel. I've seen Ford's with AOD (4r70) transmissions, where the flexplate/converter would not center. It would give you a constant vibrations. .
If the Torque Converter has a Drain Plug, the drain plug should be facing on the same side on the flexplate.

The 4.2 Crankshaft pulley is bolted on the Vibration Damper.

The front has not been off. Gonna try putting the weight on the exhaust pipe.

You replaced the Harmonic Balancer (Vibration Damper) including the crankshaft pulley ?

I did not mark the pulley as it was a replacement Balancer.Any thoughts on replacing the balancer and pulley as an assembly.

I appreciate all of the help i am getting.

Just remove the Crankshaft Pulley from the balancer and turn the pulley clockwise. Do it until the vibration is gone. If it's vibrating too much it will deform the rubber in the balancer.

Check this site. They have a 1 piece design of Harmonic Balancer Crank Pulley

Replace the Front Crank seal.
