I'm probably gonna have to put out an extra 1000 on top of that for the rest of the transmission and tune tho
Well, if the truck paid off, and the ticker is tired anyway your going to have to invest something pretty soon...engine wise regardless. Getting the trans done, -same thing. Sounds like your covering things. All you need to rely somewhat heavily on is the people working for you. Derek is a good start.

Yeah I'm burning 1.5 quarts per 1k :yikes: something is gonna have to get done here soon. I'd rather do it now while it still runs then get stuck with a blown up engine.

At least with the way your doin it, you should notice a difference. You could suffer a few tummy tickles and butt dyno spasms when all s said and done...that will be a treat!

It should be totally worth it. I'll probably run it NA until I can get everything 100% solid

Doesn't sound bad, knowing exactly what NA capabilities are before charging it. Confirm build integrity as well.

What's Derek putting in place of the long block he's possibly selling you?

I'm really curious what his progress is and his plans.

That was fast. I'm like a old fart it when it comes to buying a vehicle. The truck, mood and money all to has to line up at once.

No. Wasnt on my mind. One is a Ford and the other is a GM. Both are the same year, cab configuration, and mileage.
