Clean truck, but its not even deleted. Has a updated EGR cooler and New update oil cooler.

You can bulletproof with out needing new heads. An the BPD stuff is nice but over kill. Especially if the truck isnt gonna be tuned to the max.
This is what I do:
Have the heads decked if needed
ARP Studs
Motorcraft Updated Head gaskets
Updated Oil cooler
Swamps EGR delete kit with new up pipes
Ford "Blue spring" FPR kit
Ford 6.4 fuel banjo bolts
All OEM motorcraft gaskets
New silicon boost couplers
Cold side hard pipe
Swamps Coolant filter kit

Optionally would be a Swamps 58v FICM with a small tune (60hp).

As far as fluids are concerned CAT ELC Cooalnt, REVx Stiction treatment in the oil, Motorcraft oil, and a Geniune Motorcraft Filter from the dealer

Well, it's the buying season. I always accumulate more debt this time of year.

I have been talking to Derek he's selling his old long block. Forged bottom end and trick flow head with what sounds like half a lightning swap maybe more than half. Just got back from the bank. Little over 180 or 3 years after interest. To me that seems very doable and that smart thing to do since it will all get done quick with minimum down time. I'm probably gonna have to put out an extra 1000 on top of that for the rest of the transmission and tune tho
