Okay cool. Do you have to cut the plastic on the part of the canister for the air filter at all?

And okay about the picture.

Alright awesome. I already have the 3" rubber boot for the intake, I've just needed to get some 3" tubing. I have the blue intake boot from spectre, I picked it up from advance auto like 6 months ago lol.

You know you can buy black PVC right... And I had the gotts mod done before I got my intake and I'll tell you the sound alone is worth it. You aren't going to notice a difference in power with either of them.

That's what I used. Go grab a 3" to 3" exhaust adaptor and it's the perfect length and diameter to fit

Alright will do. Do you happen to have a pic of what it looks like or a link to it in advance auto so I can have something to reference back to?

I had AFE on two of my trucks with 5.4's and I've put one on each of the diesels. I like their products but you won't notice a difference in seat of the pants feel.

My plan for when I go to upgrade brakes is to do the regular swap stuff with the front then swap the rear axle out for a 01-03 9.75 rear axle from a 150 so I can get rear disc brakes too.
99+ have disc brakes. Www.broncograveyard.com also sells disc conversions for your year,or atleast they did. I saw it a few months back
