Peak hp comes right in before the shift point which is 4950.

My whole goal originally was a pump gas friendly engine that would make pulling easier, everything then once geared around a pully a 8k trailer on a daily basis.. I wanted tq. Now the truck doesnt see a trailer.. SO thing a getting moved more oriented towards performance.. Hopefully these SCAT OE replacement rods will handle the abuse... After the first of the year its going to be getting a ported eaton. Gonna start small and work my way up.. Looking for 425-450hp and 550+ tq on low boost.
What injectors are you running with that 85? 60's or better?

Give him a call tomrrow man, it would be cheaper for him to ship to you. Otherwise he has to get it shipped here and then ship it back to you.

Great guy, good parts.

Currently running 42lb USCAR with modified injector drivers, to handle low impedance injectors. Modified fuel system with a Aeromotive regulator to pump pressure up to 50lbs instead of 38-40 at idle.

Am I the only one who orders parts, out of order.

I obviously order the parts I want to see in person first, then order the parts that are needed for the next install last lol.

For example: Two turbos before I purchase Fuel lines.

Haha. Sounds like me when I did my engine.. Ordered pistons, and rods. Already had the heads ans cams, but never ordered rings or bearings. Went to go assemble everything and found no rings or bearings.. Thankfully when i go boosted I get to go pull everything out of a running lightning... So it will be a lot easier..

200 bucks for injectors. Hard to find 24lbers with ev1 connectors and these will plug right into my f150 harness. Yay or nay?

Nope.. USCAR are different, EV1 is a jetronic style injector. I would just go ahead and buy them.. You may need to reroute the engine harness to reach the injectors..
