Ive been reading that in a 5.4 you dont have any piston to valve clearance issues unless you zero deck the piston and advance the timing of the intake valve. My pistons are still in the hole and timing wont be advanced at all.

So if my whole rotating assembly is forged, that wont be an issue. I have stainless steel valves so probably need an update there. But I dont see a huge issue as long as i dont push boost up to crazy amounts. Might be another fun project after the n/a motor is done...
