Default Electrical issues?

Was hoping somebody in here could help me source my issue, I'll give a list of everything going on in the truck just in case it's related or not.

So it runs perfect and it drives great, I have a 2000 F150 base model. Reg cab, long bed.

My current issues:

Headlights turn off when putting the light switch into the high beam mode,

Turn signals rarely work (same with hazards when signals don't wanna work),

Odometer decides when to be backlit (still keeps track of mileage),

Radio decides when to power on.

Blower only works on high.

What I've done so far:

so far I've tested fuses, and the signal relay is operating just fine when the signals and hazards decide to work.

When testing the fuse for the high beams it had no power (even when in the high beam position). After some research for that issue I read that the switch itself is what supplies power to the first stop naturally I assumed the turn signal switch was bad (being that the turn signals also give me problems).

Installed a new switch without any change in my issues.

Any ideas? Could it be as simple as a grounding issue?

At least three different faults. Maybe more...

1. Blower motor resistor is open.
2. Needs the "odometer blackout fix" done. Google it.

Those are the easy ones... need finer detail on the other stuff.

Do the low beams work properly when they are selected?
What happens when you pull the signal lever back (Flash-to-pass)?
Do the hazards work (or not) when the turn signals do not?
Do the power windows (if equipped), work when the radio is not working?

Flash to pass does nothing at all** putting it in high beam mode shuts off headlights. Low beams work perfectly fine. I should note that I've realized me fidgeting with it did nothing for me trying to use the turn signals. They decide when they wanna work or not. When signals aren't working hazard aren't either.

Check the wiring plugs at the back of the multi function switch
The wires pull out and away from the connectors when using the tilt sometimes
It's the thermal limiter in the resistor block that is burned out causing the high only blower speed
I have seen bad out of the box multi function switches from AutoZone
Identical problems make me think you have a wiring issue
Swap or replace both flashers for a test

I don't have tilt wheel. It's the base of the base models. I'm lucky to be 4wd, manual Windows 5-speed

And are you saying to swap the flasher relays?

Right, the emergency flashers never get used so are usually good
You can just swap them for a test
Depending on what year truck you have that might be an option
Even with no tilt wheel the wires at the back of the multi function switch can pull away /melt etc
Check those
You might just need a new flasher if it is the 3 prong square type

Problem is those don't work either to begin with. But I'll try that

Well, if it has a 3 prong flasher module that is no good, replacing it may fix both issues
The trucks that use a 3 prong flasher just have one flasher

No 3-pin flasher in this truck. This era of F150 uses a 5-pin flasher relay that contains both flasher elements. The only thing they have in common electrically is that they share the same ground pin.
