Electrical issues?
Any other ideas for the high beam issue? Fuse doesn't get power when engaged for high beams. Where the next area to test? I'm assuming since everything else works from the selector (aside from intermittent hazard and signals) that the power is good going to it, so could it be a ground on the high beam circuit?
The fuse will only get power when in high beam from the switch so if the switch is no good you will not have power at that fuse
The 5 pin flashers just have the relay included
Replace it
Get a test multi function switch at the junkyard to retest high beam function
There are switch tests in the EVTM
You did not list what truck you are working on

Treat the high beams and the flashers as separate issues.
No. There is no ground that is unique to the high beam circuit.
Confirm that it is fuse F16 under the dash where you are checking for power. It should be HOT in FTP and also when HEADLIGHT is ON and MFS is in HIGH. If it is not, then there is a problem back "upstream" including the MFS and the wiring to/from it. Also, just because a part is new does not mean it is actually good. Learned that the hard way over the years.
As for the flasher problem, pull the right hand kick panel and inspect the ground connections. The flasher relay gets its ground from G200 which, as it happens, is also shared by the radio (and a bunch of other stuff). Just as an observation which it sounds like you're aware of, electrical stuff does need a good ground to function.
Do you have the schematics for the circuits you're working on?

Unsure of how many issues it may fix, but upon teaching my radios issue I've found there's a loose/broken pin where two of the harnesses go into the interior fuse box/relay panel. Gonna toss in a new box and see where I'm at after that. Hopefully it'll fix more then the radio
Seems the relays are getting hot when everything stops working. Whats your thoughts?
Fixed the radio and my odometer.
The signals are my main priority now, then moving to the blower issue afterwards
