Is that the relay ground? Upon further inspection it's definitely an issue with the relay ground. When I pull the relay that's the pin getting hot. So I'll probably run new grounds for those relays and see how it acts then

That is not what I recommended.... YOU NEED TO LOOK AT IT. Either verify it is either degraded or not.

All connections around the relays look perfectly fine still. No corrosion And the wire coating isn't cracked at all.
