Which wires should have power? And should I check at the switch or at the motor itself?

I would check at the motor first. I thought there were only 2 wires at the motor?? One should get power when depressing the window switch up, and the other should get power with the switch down. Not sure if it has 4. I'll have to remove my door panel & check this evening. Sorry I can't be more helpful right now. Anyway, if it is getting power to the motor, its bad. Replace the motor & regulator.

Popped the motor out of the door. Clicked the switch and it moved freely. Put the motor back in the door and it all worked just fine. Don't know what was going on buts it's fixed now so I'm happy lol
