try testing the motor without the regulator by taking some jumpers from your battery
and touching the power leads to the motor. polarity doesnt matter since the motor will go either way (up or Down). if that works then its probable the switch since its made
partially of plastic. I ordered one not from ford, but from another vender just for economics, but if you are in a rush go ford, little pricy but guaranteed.

First Try spraying some silicon lube on the seal if that don't work, try helping the motor using both of your hands and ask someone to push the switch.

Bypassing the relay will work 100%. Both Driver and Passenger window stuck on my truck several years ago and it's still working now. It's already 16yrs. Old

You just need to spray silicon lube on the rubber seals so it can slide smoothly. Power window motor don't get burnt because of the relay. The Clicking sound from the relay means there is too much torque on the motor. It's designed to stop at certain amount of torque to prevent serious finger injury.

Inspect for small crack. My 98 and 00 have this crack on both driver and passenger door. I just used transparent RTV to temporary seal it. It also stop the crack getting bigger.

Do I just need to spray where that little line is?

Heres your schematics. All you need to test is the two wires in the last picture. Remember they switch polarity when going from up to down. So the + going down will be - when going up. If you are getting power, more than likely the motor is gone out.

If you don't have power, either a bad contact(or switch), or a possible gem issue.

Pull of the drivers side kick panel and check the second wiring plug from the bottom. Clean it really good with contact cleaner. My window quit on me and that was the issue. Everything thing else sas good! Only takes a couple mins to do
