Bypassing the relay will work 100%. Both Driver and Passenger window stuck on my truck several years ago and it's still working now. It's already 16yrs. Old

You just need to spray silicon lube on the rubber seals so it can slide smoothly. Power window motor don't get burnt because of the relay. The Clicking sound from the relay means there is too much torque on the motor. It's designed to stop at certain amount of torque to prevent serious finger injury.

Inspect for small crack. My 98 and 00 have this crack on both driver and passenger door. I just used transparent RTV to temporary seal it. It also stop the crack getting bigger.
Also, would pb blaster or wd40 work?

NO, it could damage the seal.

Nope. I figure I would try to work on it some more tomorrow. I grease the living daylights out of it but it obviously isn't working

You need to lube the upper, lower, left and right sides of the seal.
No luck finding lube or lowering the window? MAYBE a lube for Condoms will work.

And also, am I supposed to spray the outside of the seal? Or in there between the window and the seal?

Tried and still nothing. Would I be better off taking the regulator and all that out and cleaning everything?

Did you ever test to see if you have power to the motor connector while the door switch is depressed?
