Default Audio setup question

So current amp has died on me, looking to upgrade. Dont want to spend a ton of money but not looking to waste the dollars I have. Here is my current setup
Headunit: Pioneer DEH-x7500S
Speakers (all 4): Pioneer TS-A6885R
Sub: Pioneer TS-SW2502S
Amp: Kenwood KAC-716
Wiring:
KnuKonceptz Complete 4ga kit KnuKonceptz Complete 4ga kit

So far the following 3 amps have been suggested:
1.
MTX Thunder500.1 MTX Thunder500.1
@jprevat
2.
Soundstream PN1.650D Soundstream PN1.650D
@OhioLariat
3.
Orion XTR1500.1D Orion XTR1500.1D
@white89gt

So my questions are
1. Which amp should I go with keeping in mind the setup I have in my truck listed above. Also the Orion is a bit more $$$ than I want to spend right now.
and
2. Should I amp the speakers now or just leave the rest of the setup alone and just swap amps?
I have some basic knowledge of audio but the nuisances of amps just go over my head and then I just cant tell if its worth it to amp my speakers or if Im wasting time with my current setup.
Thanks in advance for the help!

I guess my question would be if you felt the sound level from your sub before was acceptable, if it drowned out you door speakers, or if you want to get as much out it as possible?

At a moderate listening level I don't have the bass turned up super loud so my speakers were fine... but when I roll the windows down and crank it up... sometimes my speakers get crackly and the sub will drown them out. (Also thanks to your research) I found my sub was being underpowered... I like to feel my music so I'm excited to power this thing to it's full potential. Wondering if I should wait to see if the new amp drowns them out even more or save me some time and "while I'm in there" take care of the speakers.

I also have a separate power button for the amp so I can turn it off when the baby is in the car... then my speakers really sound weak (but I'm assuming it's because of my tuning when the sub is on)

Ok so those are dyno runs for the 1) Rockford 500.1 and the 2) MTX 500.1. Considering your setup and the RMS power handling of your sub I would save a few dollars and go with the RF.

I would wait and see what happens because if I were looking into changing anything I would be throwing in THIS head unit for simplicity sake instead of a separate amp. btw your current HU: is putting out 14 watt/channel and your speakers can handle 60.

Yeah I had blinders on when buying my headunit. Thought I'd be using my old 256gb iPod plugged in all the time so I wanted a rear USB port... limited my options. Barely touched it the last couple of years, I just use a Bluetooth adapter plugged into the aux port and stream Spotify. I definitely should've picked a better HU

EDIT ----> CRAP... my bad, it's the Orion HCCA 3000.1 that he tested - not the XTR. Either way, Orion's are the real deal. He hit over 13 THOUSAND watts out of a 3000 watt amp.

This is my Orion amp. A Cobalt 500.1 is the model. The sub is a DVC MA Audio 10, and this combo packs one hell of a punch. BTW, these pics remind me of how much I love the lights in my garage, LOL.
