Default Unlevel Leveling Kit help

I've had my truck leveled for about 2 months now and for some reason the driver side front is lower than the passenger side front. I installed the 2.5" (HBS) kit myself with some help with a couple friends and we're not mechanically inclined, so the kit was installed properly. I have checked to make sure the nuts are all snug and they were tightened to spec. Maybe it is something simple and I am just not seeing it.

I am just asking if anyone has any suggestions before I take it somewhere for a look over. Could it be a bad strut?? (I have 63,XXX miles on the truck) I am dumbfounded on this, and I am asking for any help or for you to point me in the right direction. I appreciate anything ya'll can give me in return. Thanks again.

I would say 1/2" - 3/4". It is noticeable when you look at it head on. I'll go outside and get a good measurement for ya.

Okay, I just went out and measured it. Its roughly 5/8" difference.

(In case anyone is wondering, the air pressure in the front tires are equal so that can be ruled out)

unless for some other reason your coil spring is weakening and causing it to sag. my bet is still on the strut though, just another possibility

Not to bust your *****, but all F150's from 1987-2010 I know all have front and rear shocks.
