A shock can't lift a vehical but it will help it return to fatory height. My guess is a bad shock or sping.

Well actually I wish it was the shock/strut.. After further investigation, the coil spring snapped in half on the lower part of the spring. I felt around and the spring broke on the inside (facing the middle of the truck) and it was almost out of sight. I barely saw before feeling around and noticing it. I called the dealer to see if the coil spring was under my warranty still. He told me it was and to bring it in in the morning. Hopefully they don't give me a hard time about the leveling kit, because it is just a bolt-on app. I'll keep ya'll posted. Thanks for all the input guys. Have a good one.

bigcube - it was fine and the front was level when the kit was installed. If I remember right, I did set them (spacers) next to each other prior to installing. That is a good thought though, I'm sure it has happened to some unlucky fellow.

Here is what it looks like. Sorry for the quality, I used my cell phone for the picture.

Here's a little follow up on the coil spring. I took it to Ford this morning. Luckily my premium warranty covered it. It finally paid off! Ford is replacing both coil springs and realigning the front end for me. On top of that I got a rental for a few days while I wait for the parts to come in. I guess for only paying $100 I wont complain too much about it. I'm sure with parts and LABOR and rental car it would have added up quite a bit.
