I can vouch for Angela on this one...she was great and responded to my question same day. People on the forum have gotten their custom tunes in a week now compared to months earlier in the year. Thanks again Angela and keep up the great work!

Guys, I can vouch for PHP and the fact that they've completely turned it around lately 
While like many of you, I had my concerns as well when I was considering ordering a Gryphon and custom tunes from PHP, mainly because of all the horror stories I read on here about long wait times and poor customer service. Well, you can kiss all of that good bye
I first contacted Angela, who by the way is a terrific individual and will respond to you in no time and will help you with whatever you need - she was GREAT to work with by the way, always in constant communication and replying to e-mails. I got all of my questions answered. I ordered my Gryphon from PHP and received it about a week later and the installation went smooth. I then purchased a custom tune from PHP and received it 5 days later!
So yes, all doubts and worries should be laid to rest now. And the fact that Angela is now a member of this forum makes it even better, as she is truly a great asset to PHP

I wouldn't have recommended PHP a month ago... I had nothing but problems and could not get a hold of anyone at PHP and was so frustrated. Until I was told to send Angela an email. Quick replies back with ANSWERS!! She really has helped restore their reputation and would not hesitate to buy PHP again! With Bills great tunes and Angela's customer service don't hesitate to give them a try!

I will also vouche for Angela, I made an order but thought I did something wrong so I emailed her. I woke up in the morning and to my surprised she verified my order and answered all my concerns.

I have both, but simply because a installed a supercharger and I live in FL, when I first got the truck I didn't think I would have any issues with custom tuning and I liked the look of the edge and I got the gryphon tunes from php... a month later I got my tunes.... just to find out that the only way to get a dyno tune was to go to Atlanta.. NOBODY DYNO TUNES AN EDGE TUNER!!!! the software is too expensive. So I had to buy an SCT TUNER that has a much better custom tuner network.. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO ANY MORE THAN A CAI ON YOUR TRUCK DON'T BUY THE EDGE OR PHP TUNES.. UNLESS YOU LIVE IN ATLANTA AREA.. just my experience
