Ok? I don't live in ATL and I have more than a CAI and don't feel the need to dyno tune... your not so positive experience doesn't necessarily mean everyone else will have the same results, just saying.

I feel the same way and have more than just a CAI, I doubt there are many on here that have plans on installing a supercharger or getting their truck dyno'ed. When indeed the time comes I will be going with Gryphon/PHP.

You can get away with doing headers, full exhaust, CAI, under drive pulleys, e fans, and even an ignition upgrade without running to a dyno...
But if you do a forced induction setup you will need a dyno tune without question. So an SCT tuner will be required to tune a supercharger or turbo. Unless you can get to PHP for your dyno tune for the edge....

I know one guy on here said he got his dynoed at a local shop around him and was on the phone with either Corey or Bill as the dyno was running so they could right a tune on the edge. So it can be done

I can imagine that its very possible if you bring a laptop with your fusion account on it. Then Skype, face time, or phone call with PHP to get the files written for the edge. But that would involve some perfect timing getting the remotely located dyno, and PHP available for a live tuning... I think its certainly possible, but might be a tough series of events to organize.

I'm not taking merit from the edge, its an awesome tuner, which I prefer over sct becuse of its features and how it sits in the dash and serves as mutiple gauges that would cost a lot more to purchase individualy!! I love the the tranny firmness option and everything else about it, that's why I haven't sold it it still sits in my dash, which the ugly sct does not, but all I'm saying is they should make it easier to access custom dyno tuning for those of us that do need it! Then there wouldn't be a need to ever get a new tuner! And you can bet that if I'm ever in the Atlanta area I will have my supercharger tune switched over and sell the sct!!

It would! So all I'm saying is why not step it up and make the best device on the market by also allowing or making it more affordable for tuners with dynos to custom write tunes for those who want or need them and then the customer wouldn't have to wait weeks for a tune from a single source. I've read here that they improved the turn around time, but I think a lot people here would prefer to go to their local guy.. just my opinion
