Start calling at 9am this morning... I got the tip off from murderisthegame. I called and got through within 2 rings of 4 different calls at this timeframe... They never had my new serial number for my new programmer, but that only took 1 minute for them to clear up. After I updated I had my custom tunes within an hour of my first call..
There is a new update for the cs and cts, so you should update immediately to save time.

When I updated my CTS my tunes were ready I just had to unplug the device after the update and then plug it back in like normal and bam there they were!

They still help the customers who already have the tunes for those years and offer upgrades when there are any, but unfortunately if you don't already have them they don't offer them anymore.

Yup...a screen might appear that says you need to update the software/firmware automatically. If not then you will have to click "update" on the menu bar.

Actually they do still offer the Gryphon CS & CTS with custom tunes for the 97-03 F150s, just not for the original Gryphon.

That's weird... when I updated my CTS firmware my custom tunes were already in fusion and I just hooked my device up again to load those and everything worked just fine... maybe you need to reset your ECM?
