God dammit! I just saw I have a missed call from a 678 number! Figures..the one day it works im working. I guess sending an email to Angela does work. Now I have either try to call or wait and see if they call again later...

hahaha...yeah she emailed me back and said my tune was completed back on 4/20...less than 3 weeks after I ordered it. She said for me to check to make sure the serial number on Pegasus is right...So I have to email her the serial number and she will make sure its correct. Im sure that truly is the problem. Something I have feared for awhile...it being done and just sitting around. Guess I should have tried harder a LOT sooner. Oh well. Im curious to see if this in fact the case. I am just SO glad to have Angela respond to my email. haha.

This is a relief, I was getting ready to play the 3 month waiting game for MA residents. Now i am feeling much better. Still want to know how your tunes are when you get them bro. I will be ordering very shortly and will keep an update. Good luck! There is light !!!

 

So guess who just downloaded their custom tune?? I DID!!

Only 5 months after I ordered it, it is in my hand and ready to be driven. I cant wait...I am going to get my new exhaust tip welded on my truck in 30 mins so I will find out then.

If anyone needs to get ahold of PHP and cant get through by phone or emailing Bill/Corey....Email Angela!! She helped me out and got back to me within 24 hrs both times I emailed her. Lifesaver if you ask me.

So, apparently all that was the problem was the serial number was wrong. Who knew...and if that actually in fact was the problem we will never know but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
