I ordered the three custom tunes the same time i ordered my tuner, I filled out the mod sheet and all that stuff. once i got the tuner i sent them my hex code and all my other info through the PHP forum. i haven't heard anything about the custom tunes will they send my something letting me know they got my hex code and info? i don't mind waiting just don't like being left in the dark lol.
I am the same way...If you are going to take 5 months to complete my tune, just tell me. I am fine with that. Dont string me along month by month telling me it is complete and just needs to get updated to their software. That is what they told me a week and a half ago. No shot. Straight lie. I dont mind waiting, just dont lie about what is going on.

They will look up your HEX code on the forum and wont let you know they got it. It just needs to be there for when they need to use it. You will just know your tune is done when you get the email that says it is ready to be downloaded.

Since I have converted my Edge to the Gryphon by their Pegasus software, my AVG MPG has increased 2 mpg. hahaha. It said yesterday while I took a 2hr drive (highway) 1hr at 60mph and 1 hr at 70mph, i was getting 18.9mpg!! This thing was smoking crack because I am more likely at 14mpg if I am lucky. Also, it wasnt on INSTANT MPG it was on Average. So apparently, adding 7.5" of lift up front and 5" to the rear of the truck, you gain MPG! Go figure!! haha.
sorry im a SCT guy that switched to (gryphon) edge, so i dont know much about this tuner. i bought my gryphon cts from php. do i still need to convert it with pegasus? sorry if this sounds stupid lol

Haha..no worries man. No, you dont need to convert your CTS. You are all set since you bought it right from PHP. You will just plug it into your computer, install the Fusion software (if you havent already) and then download your tune. Pretty simple. I had/have to do more since I bought and Edge Programmer and converted it to a Gryphon (basically same as Edge, just re-badged since it is from Bill over at PHP).

My Gryphon CTS doesn't have any new badges but it's black instead of silver like the regular Edge CTS - also since I ordered it from PHP and use Fusion software do you think there's a chance I could see my custom tunes sooner?

I dont know. It is possible that those tunes are easier to create but otherwise I have no clue. I'll be pissed if you get yours before mine...hahaha.

Their website is mad screwy. I ordered my CTS back in Oct. and when I ordered it I paid for 1 custom tune ($60.00) once I got the unit I could not get a hold of these people to give them my Hex code for my code....the fact that they don't answer their phones during their office hours Pisses me off! I understand 3 people work there but if u can not run a business substantially, then you shouldn't be running a business.

There's a place on their forum to submit your HEX code, I'm just not sure if they ever checked because I never received a confirmation but word on the street is I'll see an email in a couple of weeks.... only spoke with them on the phone twice and both times right around 9 am so try calling early right after they open...
